We Ship Fast! Most orders are shipped out the same day (or the next day if it was an evening order).
US orders are shipped by expedited mail which is a Italian express service delivered to you by the US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse in Rome, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination in the USA, but can take longer from time to time due to US Customs.
International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
We will take it back! Once you receive your item, you have 14-days to initiate a return if it's not right for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
