Shipping and delivery

Every parcel leaves from Rome, Italy, packed by us. Here is how it travels and how long it takes.

Shipping prices

United States (duties and tariffs paid by Catholically): standard shipping $8 for orders up to $20, $15 up to $35, $24 up to $50, $29 from $50, FREE from $150. UPS door to door: $59.

Europe: UPS door to door from 12 euro. Free from 150 euro in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden, and from 200 euro in Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Canada: $30, FREE from $250. Other countries: the price is shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days. If you asked for the Papal blessing, your items go with us to the Papal audience on Sunday and your parcel leaves on Monday. From 6 to 17 November the Holy Father is travelling in South America: items set aside for the blessing in that time go with us to the first Papal audience after his return to Rome. You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is ready.

United States

Standard shipping (UPS + USPS): UPS flies your parcel from Rome to the United States, then USPS delivers it to your door. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks (10 to 15 business days). You receive two tracking numbers: UPS for the flight from Rome, USPS for the delivery to your door. All duties and tariffs are paid by Catholically: there is nothing to pay on arrival.

UPS upgrade: UPS door to door from Rome, fully tracked, usually in 3 to 5 business days. Shipped with duties paid (DDP): no customs charges, taxes or brokerage fees for you.

Europe

UPS: door to door, fully tracked, usually in about 5 business days. Within the European Union there are no customs charges.

United Kingdom: since 1 January 2021 parcels between the European Union and Great Britain go through customs. Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Rest of the world

Standard shipping: 20 to 30 business days.

UPS: door to door, fully tracked, usually in about 5 business days.

Outside the United States and the European Union, any customs duties or taxes charged by your country are paid by the recipient on delivery.

Tracking

You can follow every parcel on our tracking page with the number in your shipping email. UPS parcels are tracked from Rome to your door. For parcels delivered by USPS or your postal service, the tracking becomes active once the parcel reaches your country.

Customs duties and taxes outside the US and the EU

If a parcel is refused because the duties are not paid, it comes back to Italy and the return customs charges are deducted from any refund. No refund is made until the parcel is back with us. A refund or cancellation requested after the parcel has left Rome does not include the shipping charges paid.
