• We Ship Fast! Most orders are shipped out the same day (unless you asked for the item to be blessed after the sale).

  US / International Orders are shipped by expedited mail which is an Italian express service delivered to you by your National Postal Service. Orders can't be tracked because Italy uses QR-codes for tracking which can't be read by postal scanning machines around the world.

  After processing and leaving the warehouse in Rome, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their final destination in the USA, but sometimes shipping can take longer due to US Customs.

• We are located in Rome! All of our items are sourced in Italy. We will bring your items to be blessed by Pope Francis after the sale for Papal Blessing in St. Peter's square during public audience-

• We will take it back! Once you receive your item, you have 14-days to initiate a return if it's not right for you. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
